Current CGM Policy

All weekly employee (full time, part time and per-diem employees) reviews are processed through the online MGB-Evals system. Automatic links will be sent to you and your supervising PI when your review is due. Reviews and merits must be completed each year.

Research Fellow Progress & Annual Career Planning forms will be sent in email, by CGM-HR to the Fellow and faculty advisor (PI) directly via our DocuSign system.

For staff & trainees hired prior to October 1, 2016, annual reviews and trainee annual career conference forms are due by October 1st (each year).

For staff & trainees hired after October 1, 2016 annual reviews and trainee annual career conference forms are due on the anniversary date of the staff member or trainee’s hiring.
